Lee Michaels Fine Jewelry, an AGS Accredited Jeweler, is growing and searching for a full-time Office/Service Coordinator for our Mall of Louisiana location in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

Job Responsibilities:

Conducting the day-to-day administrative operations of the store including:

• Balancing the daily business
• Facilitate communication between the store and corporate office
• Support store operations and contribute to a positive customer experience
• Record keeping for the repair service department
• Shipping
• Basic clerical duties of the store
• Inventory control

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2 years of clerical/office experience, Bookkeeping experience a plus
• Highly proficient computer skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Organized and detail-oriented
