Job Description
As a Web Project Manager at Revive, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of web development projects. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and stakeholders, to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires excellent communication skills, positive leadership abilities, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure, including project planning, resource allocation, and risk management.
2. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
3. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure adherence to project milestones.
4. Coordinate with internal and external teams to assign tasks, track progress, and resolve any issues or conflicts.
5. Conduct regular project status meetings and provide timely updates to stakeholders on project progress, risks, and issues.
6. Manage project budgets and resources effectively to ensure projects are delivered within financial constraints.
7. Implement project management best practices and methodologies to optimize project efficiency and quality.
8. Ensure compliance with project requirements, industry standards, and company policies.
9. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
10. Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment, promoting open communication and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• AAS degree in Project Management, Business, Computer Science, Business, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience (2 years) as a project manager, preferably in web development or IT projects.
• Solid understanding or willingness to learn web technologies, development methodologies, and project management frameworks.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana or Trello.
• PMP or other project management certifications are a plus.
• Remote work experience is preferred.
