Residential Services, Inc. (RSI) has a part-time Registered Nurse opening with our Lotus Grace program in Cambridge, MN. This position will work within a 24/7 Residential Crisis Stabilization (RCS) and Intensive Residential Treatment Services (IRTS) team to implement treatment plans and services that enable the service recipient to develop and enhance psychiatric stability, personal and emotional adjustment and independent living and community skills. This position will work 20 hours per week with hours scheduled between Monday and Friday. Flexibility is required to accommodate various program, service recipient, and staff needs.
Salary: $38.00-$40.00/hr.

Located on a serene 20-acre hobby farm in Cambridge, MN, RSI’s Lotus Grace IRTS & RCS setting is designed to support up to five people. The mission at Lotus Grace is to assist in addressing mental health in our community by providing services aimed to meet the immediate support needs of people experiencing mental health crises in a licensed residential setting. What You’ll Do as a Registered Nurse::
As a Registered Nurse, you will work within a Residential Crisis Stabilization (RCS) and Intensive Residential Treatment Services (IRTS) team to provide innovative individualized supports to :people experiencing mental health crisis and psychiatric instability. You will oversee the provision of health services, medication administration, and medication storage for people receiving services through the process of assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation. Duties will include reviewing and approving health service and medication policies and procedures and providing monitoring, health services training, and supervision of staff.
For this position, you will need:

• To pass a post-offer background and MVR check

• A valid driver’s license with no restriction

• To possess a current Minnesota RN license with a preference given to candidates with a minimum of 2 years of nursing experience working with people with various disabilities.
