YOUR MISSION:
- To assist your team members in carrying out the company’s mission and values.
- Assist the lead technician in solving all irrigation needs for each client.
REQUIRED TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES AND EDUCATION:
- College Degree or High School Diploma/GED.
- No irrigation or drainage experience required. Hands-on training will be done on-site.
REQUIRED PERSONALITY AND BEHAVIORAL CHARACTERISTICS:
- We are looking for honest, energetic, highly motivated team members.
- Like to work with winners.
- Performance driven.
- Give great service and like to have fun.
- Shared profit of truck, of 2% - 3%.
