The Position

Central Valley Training Center, Inc. is seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Director of Operations (EDO) to provide leadership to our programs and services. As a member of the Executive Management Team, the EDO will play pivotal role in contributing to the future of the company and enriching Central Valley Training Center’s quality of services to the individuals we both serve and employ.

The EDO is responsible for maintaining the quality of established services as well as researching the needs of identified populations and associated resources to develop and implement new services. This executive will oversee the Senior Operations Team, technology and networking, marketing, financial and legal functions, and the development of strategic initiatives and programs.

Since 1982, CVTC has been committed to serving the communities. We established one of the first day programs in California with behavior support needs. We grew quickly from our initial site in Stockton, to Fresno, Modesto, Merced and Visalia. We now offer mobile crisis response services and a variety of other services.

Education and/or Experience

A minimum of a Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Organizational Behavior, Organizational Development, or in any of the Behavioral Sciences and seven years of proven supervisor experience with increasing responsibility in social/human service areas, or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $125,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year
