Purpose:

This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in the agricultural equipment and services industry. As an intern, you will have the chance to work closely with our experienced professionals in various departments, including sales, service, parts, and management. This internship is designed to provide you with hands-on exposure to the operations of an agriculture dealership while allowing you to apply and develop your skills in a real-world setting.

Responsibilities:

1. Executes tactics to advance new precision technology programs, including precision agriculture initiatives
2. Collaborate with team members in various departments to support daily operations
3. Assist with customer interactions, inquiries, and sales-related tasks (Sales Department)
4. Gain hands-on experience in equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, scheduling, reporting, and budgeting (Service Department)
5. Assist with parts inventory management, ordering, and customer service (Parts Department)
6. Explore Precision Agriculture technologies and applications, including GPS, guidance systems, and data analysis (Precision Ag Department)
7. Complete a department-specific project, applying skills and knowledge gained during the internship to deliver valuable results
8. Participate in marketing initiatives and events to promote dealership products and services
9. Learn about our product lines, including features, benefits, and applications
10. Contribute to the overall success of the dealership by taking on responsibilities and tasks as assigned
