As an Analyst, your focus will be on the collection, analysis and interpretation of marketing data to inform strategies and decisions in support of nonprofit clients across diverse channels. This role will give you the insights you need to develop your expertise in omnichannel marketing, nonprofit fundraising, and analytic toolsets. This is a hybrid position and you will be expected to work onsite once a week.

Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain comprehensive reports, dashboards, Key Performance Indicators, and other business tools to inform client strategy.
• Leverage your coding skills to transform data into useable information that can be presented in PowerBI, Excel, and/or other reporting tools.
• Apply technical skills to deploy automated procedures that drive efficient data ingestion and transformation.
• Identify trends, patterns, and outliers in complex data sets to drive decisions.
• Work with internal team members to develop deep knowledge of our clients’ programs to produce more relevant analysis and deepen your analytic abilities.
• Collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Identify errors in data files or reports and take measures to resolve them.
• Perform other duties as required.

Required Skills:

• Excellent analytical skills.
• Effective communication skills. Ability to present findings clearly and concisely.
• Demonstrated, hands-on experience with SQL and Python, Snowflake environment a plus.
• Intermediate to advanced user of Excel with strong ability in formulas, functions and pivot tables.
• Attention to detail with the intrinsic ability to identify anomalies, discover the root cause and correct underlying issues

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 1-3 years’ experience in an analytical role
• Experience in direct marketing preferred.
