What You'll Do

• Perform all department functions and duties in compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and bylaws.
• Plan and direct the team ensuring their daily, weekly, and monthly functions are completed in an accurate, efficient, and effective manner.
• Assist the manager in overseeing Member Service Support policies and procedures to ensure they comply with audit and regulatory requirements. Ensure they are easily located in the Solution Center and are updated regularly. Oversee the creation of new articles as needed.
• Monitor and oversee Support Requests to ensure timely & accurate responses according to SLA’s

What You’ll Bring

• BA/BS Degree preferably in business administration or related.
• Minimum of four (4) years of financial institution experience
• Minimum of 1-2 years of supervisory and/or coaching/mentoring experience required or demonstrated leadership ability within the organization.
• Ability to support a strong member service culture while building member & team member wellbeing.
