Looking for both full-time and part-time Assistant Dining Supervisor for our skilled nursing facility. **Must be able to work weekends and variable shifts.**

**Duties Include:**
* Plans assign & inspect the work of Food Service Staff.
* Supervises the storage & care of food and supplies.
* Oversees the cleaning of the kitchen, storage, & dining areas, and equipment.
* Checks residents trays for consistency with the specified menu & works on tray line at meal times.
* Coordinates and plans food preparation activities for special events.
**Requirements Include:**
* One year of long term care experience
* Prior experience working in a fast-paced cooking environment
* Tray Line experience **REQUIRED**
* Supervisory skills **REQUIRED**
* Excellent communication skills.
* Must be able to work as a team member.
* Must be able to work evenings and every other weekends
