Advance Nursing Services is a staffing agency for Serenity Recuperative Care and Holliday’s Helping Hands which are organizations that care for homeless families and individuals - We support the cause and fight to end homelessness! Our jobs focus on providing interim housing, nourishing meals, and safe locations to empower our clients to find their “Journey to Home.”

Responsibilities

• Provide service to our clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem solving manner
• Proactively de-escalate client issues, teaching clients how to calmly resolve differences and achieve goals
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site
• Other duties as assigned

Must Haves:

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• State ID
• Valid security guard card
• Employment Physical & TB Test
• Food Handler Certification
• CPR
