Job Summary:

As a Residential Pre-Sale Inspector, you will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections of residential properties prior to sale, focusing on identifying any potential issues with roofing, windows, gutters, and doors. You will provide detailed reports that help homeowners understand the condition of their property and any recommended repairs or upgrades, facilitating informed decisions without sales pressure.

Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed inspections of residential properties, examining roofing, windows, gutters, and doors for signs of damage, wear, or potential failure.

• Educate homeowners on the findings of the inspection, emphasizing the importance of high-quality materials and workmanship.

• Coordinate with sales and customer service teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, new technologies, and best practices in residential construction and remodeling.

• Adhere to all safety protocols and ethical guidelines during inspections.

Qualifications:

• Experience in project management, construction inspector, or in a similar role within the construction or home improvement industry.

• Must be able to climb ladders (frequently)

• Must have an active driver’s license

• Strong understanding of residential construction, including roofing, windows, gutters, and doors.

• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to providing high-quality, accurate customer service.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information clearly and concisely.

• Must pass drug testing and background checks as per company policy.

Schedule: M-F 9am-5pm (weekends optional)
