Integrity Home Exteriors is looking for a Sales and MarketingTeam LeadIn this role, you would lead a small team of door-to-door canvassers to engage homeowners by goingdoor to doorto generate leads by setting appointments for our outside sales team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about motivating and leading by example. We offer opportunities for training, advancement, health benefits, retirement and more.

- Hourly base pay (monthly commissions daily bonuses) - Start at $18-$20 an hour base pay and commission totals up to $35 an hour!

Schedule:Monday - Friday: (Exact in-time and out-time will be discussed during in-person interview)-Weekends: OFF
-8 hour shift
Daily Tasks:
- Plan out territories with team
- Train and mentor and drive a team of 8-12 people
- Talk with homeowners about Integrity Home Exteriors products and services
- Schedule a time for our estimators to complete an estimate for new customers
- Attend daily training meetings
