We are currently accepting applications for a skilled laborer, who would like to join a growing team with the opportunity to advance their construction career. This position will be assisting with the construction of our upcoming luxury apartment community, Altair, in Florence, Kentucky! The ideal candidate is hard-working, reliable and has access to personal transportation.

Responsibilities Include:

• Maintain a clean construction site throughout all phases of the construction process
• Load and unload building materials to be used in construction
• Assist the punch-out or other craft workers as needed
• Keep construction trailer, all tools, and stored materials neat and organized
• Assist in watering lawns, plants and general grounds keeping until established
• Oversee and direct temporary labor force as needed

Requirements

• Previous construction experience helpful
• Ability to read and understand simple instructions and short correspondences
• Organized, reliable, self-starter
• Specific training needed will be provided by HILLS
