Swedish Match North America LLC, develops, manufactures, and sells quality products with market leading brands such as ZYN nicotine pouches and other smokeless tobacco products. We are one of the fastest growing consumer-packaged goods (CPG) producers and ZYN is the number one selling nicotine pouch in the US. In order to continually promote and create innovative products that support our vision we are currently seeking a Document Control Technician (1st shift) for the Owensboro, KY manufacturing facility.

Responsibilities include:

• Work as a team within company to develop and/or update SOPs, Work Instructions, forms, charts, policies, and procedures.
• Manage and maintain document control activities.
• Maintain and record retention processes.
• Ensure adherence to company quality standards.
• Assist in development of training materials and delivery of training on importance of document control.
• Assist with policy discussions.
• Proactively conduct "spot audits" to ensure compliance to Document Controls procedures.
• Conduct Quality Control (QC) audits of the hardcopy Document Control files and the electronic Document Control files.

• Education: Minimum High School diploma or equivalent. Some college preferred.
• Experience: PC use (Typing). Microsoft Office (Word and Excel), development of standardized procedures, and knowledge of ISO Standards.
• Skill/Knowledge: Strong written and verbal communication skills, and ability to cooperate, coordinate, and interact at all levels of the organization. Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize tasks. Attention to detail - assess the accuracy of documents to spot problems and errors, offer solutions and resolve problems. Integrity - may deal with sensitive or confidential matter. Effective planning and file management - able to pick up software and programs quickly.
