Fantastic Conway Specialty Clinic in search of a Registered Medical Assistant!

Must have experience and Registry or almost! Will work in Conway Clinic 3 days/week & Little Rock Clinic 2 days/week!

Will take patients back, Chart to EMR, assist APN with procedures, give injections, remove sutures, prepare biopsies for Lab Plus!

Monday-Friday, 7:45am-4:30pm! Great Group/Benefits and Perks!!

Responsibilities of the Registered Medical Assistant

• Escort patients from waiting room to examination rooms. Provide patients with appropriate examination apparel.
• Perform all necessary intake and document information including vital signs, current medications and allergies, current PCP and pharmacy, etc.
• Oversee efficient and clean turnover of exam rooms and equipment.
• Provide instructions to patients regarding essential information.
• Perform clerical work associated with patient care, prepare and organize patient charts for assigned providers.
• Perform all other Medical Assistant related duties as assigned.

Requirements of the Medical Assistant

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of Medical Assistant experience
• Certification as an Registered Medical Assistant required
• Strong working knowledge of medical terminology
• Consistently demonstrate superior customer service, interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with physicians, staff, visitors, patients and family members
• Must be highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
• Knowledge of HIPPA Laws
• Excellent attendance and punctuality with a stable work history

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
