As the Clinical Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead and mentor an interdisciplinary home health care team, working towards providing the ultimate patient experience. Position Details:
  • Main Office location: Lawrence, MA
  • Job Type: Full Time
Responsibilities:
  • Engage, inspire, and prepare your team through daily clinical meetings, both on-site (three times a week) and remotely (two times a week).
  • Review patient referrals to assess home care needs and coordinate appropriate services.
  • Assist clinicians in establishing immediate and long-term therapeutic goals, setting priorities, and developing a plan of care.
  • Review and approve revisions to patients' care plans efficiently through EMR workflows.
  • Utilize EMR, Email, Ring Central, and other systems effectively to enhance communication with your clinical staff.
  • Lead and participate in the interviewing, onboarding, and training of new hires at your center.
  • Facilitate and conduct planning, implementation, and evaluation of in-services and continuing education.
  • Assist in formulating, revising, implementing, and evaluating company goals and objectives, ensuring buy-in from the clinical team.
  • Conduct morning briefings on-site once a week and remotely for the remaining days.
  • Create and manage the on-call schedule and weekend operations.
Qualifications:
  • Active license as a RN, PT or OT in MA.
  • Maintain current BLS CPR certification.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of direct clinical experience.
  • Prior supervisory experience preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient with computers, tablets, smartphones, EMR systems, email, and other electronic systems.
  • Ability to foster a positive and purposeful culture.
