Job Title: Administrative Assistance / Engineering Department

Position Function: Assist all engineers when needed and maintain records, reports and other

correspondence as necessary by data entry. Cover front desk switchboard.

Responsibilities: To include but not limited to the following

· Create, update and release process sheets and QC Specs to a designated server. Keep all inquiry records.

· Data entry part numbers and bill of materials in Fourth Shift. Maintain all inquiry records.

· Scan and record drawings and technical documents upon engineers’ requests.

· Create Excel and Word files upon engineers’ requests.

· Order supplies and maintain supply cabinet in engineering department.

· Participate in investigation of environmental policy compliance by collecting suppliers’ compliance information.

· Stationed at front desk and cover receptionist switchboard.

· Stamp and sort mail as required by the Human Resource Department.

· Performs other related duties as required or directed.

Job Specifications:

· High School Diploma or Equivalent

· 2 to 3 years experience in data entry, as an office assistant and/or secretary.

· Responsive to data entry inquiries.

· Must be able to perform job satisfactorily
