Immediate openings for full-time School Aged Child Care (SACC) Site Managers.

At Helena Public schools, our vision is to foster dynamic educational experiences that prepare all students for life. As a SACC Site Manager you contribute to this mission by providing supervision and assistance to students K-5. You will work as part of a team of 60 serving 125 students at 11 Elementary School programs across Helena.
Some of what you will do:

• Responsible for the management and supervision of an after school child care facility and the day-to-day planning of the facility activities,
• Supervises students after school and during outside play,
• Plan and supervise day to day progam activities according to program model and in conjuction with instructors at the site,
• Interact with parents to keep them informed, answer questions and concerns,
• Maintain a safe and orderly enviornment,
• Assist in maintaining appropriate program documentation,
• Work period is Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.

To become part of this dedicated team, you need:

• Associates degree or equivalent;
• Two years experience as a licensed and/or registered group or family day care provider or day care center staff person;
• One to two years related experience and/or training;
• Or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience as determined by the District.

Entry level salary range is $17.20 per hour ($35,776 per year) to $19.44 per hour ($40,435 per year) depending on education level and applicable relevant work experience.
