Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Mental Health Technician (MHT). The MHT will be responsible for providing direct patient care, assisting with activities of daily living, and ensuring the safety and comfort of patients. The MHT will also be responsible for maintaining accurate patient records and communicating with healthcare providers.

Qualifications

• Experience in providing direct patient care in a healthcare setting
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers
• Understanding of medical terminology and documentation
• Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Bilingual skills in Spanish and English are a plus

Preferred: 1 year experience in Geriatric/Senior Behavioral Nursing.
