We are seeking a skilled Plant Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety within the plant environment. Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. $110-$115K.

Duties:

- Manage all plant operations including production planning, systems assembly, and quality control.
- Implement Lean manufacturing principles to optimize processes and reduce waste.
- Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues and ensure smooth operations.
- Oversee inventory management using MRP systems to maintain adequate stock levels.
- Develop and maintain a strong focus on safety protocols and compliance standards.

Requirements:

- 10 years proven leadership experience in plant management or a food/chemical related field.
- Strong background in production planning, process improvement, and quality control.
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and their application in a plant setting.
- Mechanical aptitude to understand and address equipment-related issues effectively.
- Lead the safety, health, and environmental effort to achieve results and ensure compliance.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards operational excellence.

Education:

Bachelor degree in a technical field, a Master's degree is a plus.

Pay: $110,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
