Job Description
Distribution International has an opening for an Admin Assistant/Receptionist to join our team and enhance our business. In this role, you will serve as the key customer contact for our branch, providing order support and product information for our customers.

Responsibilities Include:
- Greeting all guests as they come in.
- Answer the phones and screen calls.
- Invoicing
- Filing
- Internal transfer Purchase Order management
- Schedule shipments and carriers as needed.
- Order supplies / Keep track of Inventory of office supplies (mindful of spending) Keep office area tidy.
- Pull proof of deliveries for customers
- Track shipments for customers and or send invoices.
- Communicate with drivers & warehouse as needed.
- Typing skills
- Understands basic Word, Excel, Gmail, Outlook (including calendar)
- Other admin tasks as needed.
