The Claims Analyst is responsible for the support of the Environmental Claim and Construction Defect claim groups to ensure timely and accurate processing and exceptional customer service. The Analyst is accountable for assisting the managers in the set up of new claims, supporting the adjusters with daily tasks, maintaining data integrity within special projects and compliance with company policies and procedures.

This position is remote with preference for candidate to be in Morristown, NJ or Southfield, MI or within a local office of C&F.

The annualized base pay for the advertised position, located in the specified area, ranges from a minimum of $53,500.00 to a maximum of $89,100.00. The actual compensation is determined by various factors, including but not limited to the market pay for the jobs at each level, the responsibilities and skills required for each job, and the employee’s contribution (performance) in that role. To be considered within market range, a salary is at or above the minimum of the range.
