•Moves throughout the facility, appropriately assists in emergency drills and performs the physical requirements needed to deliver services as assigned.

•Performs radiologic exams under the direction of a provider and provides quality images.

•Works cooperatively with unit staff, providers and ancillary departments.

•Performs all tasks and duties of this position according to hospital and department policy and procedure.

•Delivers service that builds customer satisfaction.

•Actively supports and encourages Primary Support Person (PSP)/ Family involvement in patient’s care, with consent of patient. Includes PSP/ family member in explanations/discussions of testing, procedures and discharge instructions when applicable.

Education and Experience

•High School Diploma/GED- Required.

•Completion of an Accredited Radiological Technology Program- Required.

•ODH GXMO licensure- Required.

•BLS Certification- Required (May obtain during orientation period).
