The Home Health LPN position:
We are seeking qualified Nurses to provide direct patient home health visits. Home health care is a service which provides a wide variety of part-time or intermittent skilled nursing care and other skilled care services that can be provided in the patient's home. The goal of home health care is to help our patients obtain a faster recovery, regain independence, and become as self-sufficient as possible to help prevent rehospitalizations.
We are currently interviewing for full-time, part-time, and PRN positions based out of our Nashville Home Health office.
Locations Available: Springfield, Madison
