As an Apartment Maintenance Technician, you will enjoy :

Competitive pay : Starting at $18 per hour, based on experience plus OT and the potential to earn a 2.5% incentive bonus.

Day Schedule with some nights or weekends : Monday through Friday - 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm with an on-call schedule

Great benefits that start after 30 days or less : 403B retirement plan up to 5%. The company contributes 3% regardless of an employee’s contribution.
