SITE MANAGER FOR SMALL CONDO (Honolulu)
Experienced "hands-on" Site Manager needed for 50-unit apartment complex. Duties and responsibilities include, but not limited to, maintaining landscaping, small swimming pool, all common areas and property's perimeter. Knowledge in basic office skills, including MS Word, maintaining building entry/access fob control and tenant files. Enforcement of House Rules. Position does not include housing and requires manager to be on-call and available 24/7 for emergencies.
