Position Qualification/Requirements:
· Degree/Education:  Successfully completed a program of formal education for Cardiovascular Technicians. Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist RCIS required
· Certifications in addition to Basic Life Support:  Must have and maintain a valid and current Basic Life Support (BLS) card and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification is preferred but not required.
· Experience: Minimum of two years of experience in the specific tasks listed below or in other areas of the medical care field in a clinical setting directly related to the required qualifications.
· Board Certification: None
· Licensure/Registration:  Required registration with professional Accreditation group (Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) or American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS). HCWs should be Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS), and/or Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS)”or able to obtain within 12 months of hire.
