Requirements:
2 year Nursing experience - REQUIRED
6 Months Of Home Health Experience - REQUIREDHomecare Home Base and OASIS - REQUIRED
COVID And FLU Vaccine - REQUIREDActive and clear driver's license and car insurance - REQUIRED
Hawaii license
No Nursys Hits - REQUIREDBachelor's degree - preferred
Case Manager Experience - PreferredBLS (AHA)
Schedule:
13 weeks - Tuesday start dates!
40 hours guaranteed weekly
