Full time, onsite, temp to hire opportunity. Hours : 9-4 M-F
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Office Manager, the role of Office Administrator is responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, with an emphasis on customer service and data entry.
Focusing on effective communication with customers, this role requires a high level of attention to detail with strong analytical, customer service and organizational skills.
Respond to in-person, telephone, email and fax inquiries from customers, internal departments and external partners.
Assist Service department with general administrative support including generating service work orders and dispatching service technicians.
Monitor and maintain office supply inventory; place orders as necessary.
Provide general administrative support to various departments, with a focus on data entry, documentation filing and document preparation.
Process customer payments.
Organize and plan employee recognition and team building events.
Investigate and resolve problems related to areas of responsibility; gather and analyze information and act accordingly.
Office environment with typical office machines and exposure to noise and temperature.
Extensive sitting, standing, bending, standing, walking are all expected activities,
Qualifications
Prior customer service and / or office administration experience, 2 years (required)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on active listening
Proven ability to communicate effectively with internal and external partners
Excellent time management, organizational and analytical skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
Highschool diploma required
Ability to lift more than 25 lbs
