Responsibilities:
Manage financial transactions, including rent collection, invoice processing, and vendor payments.
Address resident concerns, respond to inquiries, and maintain positive relationships with tenants.
Generate and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly reports to track property performance and financial metrics.
Supervise on-site contractors and ensure timely completion of maintenance and repair tasks.
Develop marketing strategies to attract new residents, oversee property maintenance, and manage facility operations.
Facilitate the leasing process for new apartments and handle lease renewals, ensuring high occupancy rates.
Provide guidance and supervision to maintenance and administrative staff, ensuring efficient operations and compliance with company standards.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
A valid driver's license is required.
Previous property management experience is a must.
Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
Experience with Property Management Software is highly preferred.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
