The Pharmacy Dispensing & Automation organization is in an exciting period of growth and transformation. Our team has a position open for a dynamic, results driven, and collaborative Project Manager, Implementations to lead some of our most exciting and strategic implementation projects.
In this role, the Project Manager, Implementations will work closely with Pharmacy Operations, Solutions teams, Account Management, Account Operations, Quality Assurance, and Product teams to successfully facilitate and manage the implementation of a variety of Pharmacy Dispensing & Automation Programs.
The Project Manager, Implementations, will be responsible for partnering with internal and external stakeholders to organize, lead and manage projects around the implementation of new business, new programs with existing customers and/or new technical solutions. This person will be a thought leader in project management best practices and implementation process improvements. Experience should include driving all aspects of multiple projects in a complex and rapidly changing environment, and managing communications and expectations with the both the account and pharmacy operations teams, internal & external stakeholders, and senior leadership. A background in project management, IT project management, implementation methodologies, business process analysis, quality processes, and/or health system implementations is beneficial.

What You'll Do
Like most growing companies, the job content of all positions varies daily as everyone pitches in to get the job done. Nonetheless, we try to maintain clarity with respect to employees' primary responsibilities.

• Responsible for all aspects of the development/implementation of projects involving department or cross-functional teams focused on the implementation of new customers or delivery of a program from the design process through a finished state for internal/external customers.
• Communicate with internal & external customers and internal and external partners as necessary and as applicable to program implementation and management of the projects.
• Create and manage project documents, requirements, and deliverables.
• Work with product and pharmacy operations managers throughout the project life cycle to ensure project decisions and details align with overall project roadmap.
• Develop timelines and scope for overall project.
• Serve as the point person for the project team to ensure they have the necessary project details, background, and timelines.
• Ability to effectively interpret between a broad spectrum of clients with different levels of knowledge, expectations or position.
• Ensure that CoverMyMeds and McKesson partners understand project status, needs and requirements as applicable.
• Define success/failure metrics, communicate and present across the organization regarding successes and failures of programs.
• Ability to manage effective meetings; keeping participants on track, the meeting on schedule, and focused and encouraging active participation.
• A fast learner with an innovative and positive approach, self-starter with strong problem solving skills.
• Travel as needed.

About You

• Bachelor's degree in business, technical or healthcare related field or equivalent experience.
• 3 years project management experience required.
• PMP Certification is a plus.
• 2 years implementation experience required.
• Experience in healthcare preferred.
• Working knowledge of McKesson, CMM, RxC or pharmaceutical industry
• Detail oriented and highly organized.
• High level of initiative / self-starter
• Ability to troubleshoot and navigate technical issues
• Strong critical thinking skills and analytic capabilities
• Ability to work well independently and in a team environment
• Proficiency in Smartsheet a plus
• Six Sigma certification a plus

In addition to base pay, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities may be offered.
Our Base Pay Range for this position
$79,400 - $132,300
