Schedule : Full-Time

Compensation : $21.00 - $24.00 (DOE)

Location : Tacoma, WA

What You’ll be Doing :

Prepare, load, and unload stock to be placed on mobile unit and in warehouse for the mobile concept business.

Drive company box truck to onsite mobile client shopping events, overnight travel will be expected.

Maintain proficiency with product knowledge, and technical, and operating standards through continuous learning.

Provide in-store supervisor support during times when mobile events are not scheduled.

Work with store leadership to plan mobile event resources.

Organize products, maintain inventory and be comfortable completing sale transactions.

What You’ll Need :

Footwear selling experience.

Retail footwear and / or wholesale experience.

Valid Driver’s License required.

Comfortable driving company box truck.

Be 21 years or older.

Clean or close to clean driving record.

Must pass a background check.

Lifting 50 pounds, bending / squatting to lace shoes, overhead lifting, twisting, climbing a ladder, standing for long periods of time.

High School Diploma / GED (or equivalent work experience required), and one to three years relevant experience / training.

Motivation to provide the highest level of customer service.

Strategic thinking, planning, and problem solving.

Team and collaboration orientation.

Effective Written / Verbal Communication.

Computer proficiency.

Ability to overnight travel within the region approximately 5-6 times a year.

Adhere to all mobile operations as defined in each SOP.
