As a Business Analyst/Project Coordinator at Harmar, you will coordinate projects across IT using hybrid (Agile and waterfall) methodologies. You will work closely with various team members to bridge the gap between business objectives and technology solutions by analyzing and documenting business requirements, and leading discussions to ensure successful project delivery. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about process improvement and automation and are looking for opportunities to be a leader, business analyst, and project coordinator.
Project Coordinating
· Work with Project Managers and stakeholders to create project plans and schedules. Ensure plans are in line with the organization’s overall strategic direction.
· Monitor and track project progress, report project status to management and stakeholders, highlighting accomplishments, risks, and issues.
· Collaborate with external vendors and contractors. Facilitate communication and track deliverables.
· Assist with resource capacity planning and managing resource workload using project management tools.
· Attend backlog meetings and assist in Sprint development.
· Work collaboratively with all stakeholders to successfully implement projects, including but not limited to product owners, information security, application development, QA, legal & compliance, customers, business stakeholders and management.
