We are hiring for a new position called Customer Care/Resolution Specialists which requires managing customer relations and communications while working with the sales, scheduling, and the operations team to resolve customer concerns in a timely manner. All trade services companies have things that do not go as planned but what separates the quality ones from the rest is the handling of these situations. As a Customer Care/Resolution Specialist, you will be the Point of Contact for customers and a liaison to personnel when these circumstances occur, until mutual resolve has been accomplished. You will be responsible for accelerating and achieving satisfactory resolutions and will be trained, empowered, and supported by Senior Management. To include being the lead for warranties and installations that have not been completed as expected for a multitude of reasons. These customers jobs will be treated as a top priority and require being monitored all the way through the process until successful completion. Requirements:

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the desire to master other technological tools
