POSITION TITLE: Support Services Administrator

HOURS OF WORK: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
CLASSIFICATION: Non-Essential
LOCATION: On-campus
POSITION SUMMARY: The Support Services Administrator serves as the primary mail and copy processor for the School. The Administrator will process all incoming and outgoing mail and packages, provide support in creating and coordinating large copy jobs, create booklets, support campus printers/copiers, and provide basic technology and AV support. The Support Services Administrator reports to the Director of Strategic Information and Innovation and is a 12-month, full-time, non-exempt employee.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Process and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages, including dropping off outgoing mail and USPS packages at a local Post Office at the end of the day
Oversee use of the mail machine, and provide monthly spending reports to Business Office
Supervise all copiers and printers across campus, requesting technical support from managed services provider when necessary
Maintain user management on copiers
Process various print jobs for faculty and staff, including binding, collating, dance tickets, etc.
Assist with the design and printing of wide-format posters for events
Maintain Upper School faculty, staff, and departmental mailboxes
Laminate documents, and maintain the laminator and its supplies
Purchase office and coffee supplies for departments
Provide basic technical and audio-visual support for faculty and staff in classrooms and meeting spaces
Maintain classroom audio-visual equipment inventory
Assist with various technology projects throughout the year
Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Strategic Information and Innovation
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree required, or extensive related professional experience
Working knowledge of Google Workspace for Education, Adobe, and Microsoft Office
Ability to learn quickly and willingness to teach others
Expertise in MacOS, iOS, Windows OS, and ChromeOS
Exceptional organizational skills
Ability to work independently and within a team
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
