Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensuring controllership and consistency in finance and accounting processes across all business sites.
• Managing all cost accounting activities, including setting inventory standards, and analyzing manufacturing variances.
• Overseeing the monthly closing process to ensure timely and accurate submission of financial results, EBITDA forecasting, and cash flow forecasting.
• Driving profitable growth by providing analysis and recommendations, advising the leadership team on risks and opportunities, and measuring operational metrics.
• Utilizing IT systems to automate reporting and facilitate analysis.
• Preparing and reviewing balance sheet account reconciliations monthly and supporting controls testing and audits for each plant site.
• Supporting monthly and annual capital expenditure budgeting and spending.
• Overseeing the annual physical inventory and reconciling with book values.
• Supporting the development of the annual operating plan.
• Arranging various audits of company accounts.
• Ensuring compliance with corporate policies, industry standards, and maintaining the highest levels of integrity, quality, and workmanship.
• Developing and maintaining internal control processes.
• Being able to travel frequently within the US and overseas, including accommodating travel on short notice.
