You support our team as
Order Fulfillment Manager - II (F/M/D)
Responsibilities
Drive customer satisfaction and maintain process effectiveness during the order process cycle, from start to finish.
Act as the primary liaison between EagleBurgmann and its customers.
Identify, escalate, and resolve issues, which might affect customer satisfaction and EagleBurgmann’s operational targets.
Work cross-functionally with sales, engineering and operation teams while owning the project management and implementation process for EagleBurgmann.
Monitor, minimize and mitigate all hand-offs and queue times during order processing to ensure there is no risk to steps being missed or lost.
Read and understand engineered drawings with metric and imperial dimensions.
Clarify discrepancies or unclear information between purchase orders, RFQs, drawings, technical information and quality levels.
Prepare and update reporting to show progress and status of all open orders on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
Any other job functions as assigned to support the team and the organization.
Qualifications
Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent discipline.
5-7 years of Project Manager experience in engineering and production environment.
Experience with Mechanical Seals and/or rotating equipment.
Experience in an engineered to order manufacturing environment.
Knowledge and experience with SAP and/or comparable MRP systems.
Microsoft Office suite with a focus on Excel, Project and report making..
Must have a valid driver’s license.
Travel may be required, 25% of time.
PPE must be worn in manufacturing areas.
