Cafaro and his brother John started out developing properties for grocers. In 1949, they founded a company with a new goal: To know and serve the markets they selected with retailers people needed and wanted. As the industry evolved, so did the company. Currently our portfolio encompasses more than 50 projects totaling more than 30 million square feet ... of space Now, as the company has surpassed its 60th birthday, a third generation of Cafaros is putting its own imprint on the business. Co-Presidents William A. Cafaro and Anthony Cafaro, Jr. bring their own unique talents, vision and techniques, all the while maintaining the philosophy to which they were born.
