• Hours: Mon-Fri, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, with on-call rotation for emergencies
• Competitive pay based on experience

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily maintenance tasks, including electrical, plumbing, appliances, and more
• Perform make-ready repairs to get vacant homes ready for move in
• Change locks, move equipment, and assist with property upkeep
• Qualifications: 3 years maintenance or construction experience, tools, valid driver's license, and a reliable truck (fuel allowance is part of compensation package)
• Must be comfortable with technology, as we are going paperless for time keeping, work orders and logging work completion
