InfoWest is looking to fill a full-time position in our Richfield office.

Duties will include: Sales and some billing.

Sales commissions in addition to hourly wage.

The person we will hire for this job must be SALES DRIVEN and a SELF STARTER with excellent ATTENDANCE and ENGAGEMENT.

Job responsibilities include:

• Source new sales opportunities through inbound/outbound sales and marketing efforts.
• Sell InfoWest products and services to individual customers and communities
• Support sales and service personnel by speaking with customers on the phone and in-person to provide pricing, obtain and place service orders.
• Enter customer account information, notes, and appointment information into our customer billing and support software applications.
• Send and respond to customer emails.
• Receptionist, billing and bookkeeping duties as needed.
• Other responsibilities to be determined.

Job requirements are:

• Good communication skills and the ability to work with other teams
• Organizational skills and ability to set priorities each day and week to work through
• Ideally, 3 or more years of experience in a sales / demand generation role
• Ability to work towards company targets and key results
• Ability to drive revenue growth by developing and executing sales strategies aligned with company goals
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong listening and presentation skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Basic Internet knowledge
• Commitment for follow up and follow through are a must!
• Basic knowledge of personal computing equipment, networking, and routers are a plus
• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Excellent communications skills.
• Must be able to pass a background check, drug test, and have a clean driving record.

Education Requirements: High School Diploma or GED
Valid Driver’s license required

Office hours are Monday - Friday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm.
Some Saturdays required. Saturdays 10am to 2pm. We are closed Sundays.
