With guidance from the ITAD Business Process Manager, the ITAD Coordinator supports Operations, Client Operations, and Sales through the coordination of ITAD client programs. The incumbent will review and audit client material through all SRS processes. The incumbent will be responsible for quality control throughout the auditing, sales, and disposition process.

• Work with Operations to ensure ITAD standard processes are being followed correctly and program requirements are consistently being met.
• Interpret client requirements such as the Statement of Work and other contractual documents.
• Review all material audited and received through multiple systems (Clarion , VADIS, and Enwis) for accurate reporting.
• Approve orders for release to accounting for process and payments and revise status as appropriate.
• Define appropriate pricing groups for inbound ITAD material as needed.
• Perform quality control checks on the audit process, refurbishment, reporting, and settlement.
• Communicate with Client Operations to ensure clients’ needs are being met.
• Perform electronic transmissions of information from company database to client database.
• Interact with Account Managers when questions arise about a Statement of Work received or when questionable material has been received onsite.
• Work with Resale Department to add correct Fair Market Value to all valid equipment.
• Update system when requests are added for new model types to multiple systems.
• Participate in weekly Teams meetings (OPS, ITAD group, CRG, Field services).
• Run reports: disposition, exports, reconciliation, priority, SLA, & sales inventory.
• Within Vadis/Clarion/Makor creating sales orders. Pricing orders, systematic picking of orders, shipping function.
• Training with new systems and revisions to existing systems.
• Creation of MMOs and shipments within Nav17.
• Research PTBs/MMOs across multiple systems.
• Assist in the ongoing development of the reuse function and in streamlining processes.
• Other duties as assigned.
