Oneida Professional Services (OPS) is currently seeking an experienced Instructional Systems Designer (ISD) to support DITMAC in Arlington, VA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support instructional systems design for DITMAC in Arlington, VA.
• Develop online, instructor-led, or instructor-facilitated courses related to DOD training programs, Insider Threat, Counterintelligence, Law Enforcement, and/or Personnel Security.
• Apply knowledge of terminology, methodology, information gathering techniques, research, and analytical techniques to develop comprehensive training materials.
• Conduct counter insider threat analysis in support of Insider Threat issues.
• Design and develop instructor-led, or instructor-facilitated distance-delivered courses.
• Ensure compliance with security clearance requirements.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in Instructional Systems Design, and developing online, instructor-led, or instructor-facilitated courses related to DOD training programs.
• Current Personnel (Security) Clearance/Eligibility (PCL) at the Top Secret level with SCI security clearance/eligibility.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience designing training in the areas of Insider Threat, Counterintelligence, Law Enforcement, and/or Personnel Security.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ten (10) or more years of experience in Instructional Systems Design, and developing online, instructor-led, or instructor-facilitated courses.
• Eight (8) or more years of experience designing training in the areas of Insider Threat, Counterintelligence, Law Enforcement, and/or Personnel Security.
• Experience conducting counter insider threat analysis.
• Knowledge of terminology, methodology, information gathering techniques, research, and analytical techniques applied to difficult and complex assignments in security, law enforcement, and counterintelligence.
