Superintendent Responsibilities Include:

• Keeping track of project progress for on-time delivery
• Supervising and coordinating with subcontractors for scheduling, deliveries, equipment, and adherence to work per plans.
• Ensuring fidelity to a safe and healthy worksite for all engaged
• Setting goals and monitoring quality control
• Documenting and reporting for daily diaries.
• Orchestrating the job site to keep it safe, orderly, and timely.
• Planning and arranging for inspections and AHJ requirements.
• Managing clear communications with owners and other stakeholders, as well as design professionals, local authorities/inspectors, and subcontracted construction teams
• Resolving on-site issues/concerns, addressing potential change orders, and seeking solutions for the best interest of the excellence of the project.
• Preparing responsibly for emergencies – knowing and training site evacuation plans, severe weather plans, and other unforeseen circumstances as reasonably practical.

Positional Requirements

• Previous experience as a construction superintendent or in an equal/greater similar role
• Knowledge of local quality, safety, and health guidelines for construction job sites
• In-depth understanding of construction operations and processes in ground-up commercial construction
• Organizational and time-management skills

• Knowledge of Procore
