Joseph Fanelli, State Farm Agency, located in Surprise, AZ, has an immediate opening for a Hybrid Customer Service / Sales Representative. This position needs someone who can flex to help fill in as a service person or helping sales when needed.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.

Schedule: 40/hour workweek; 8:30 - 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday (45 min. lunch). No late nights or weekends.
