Qualifications for the Insurance Customer Service & Support Assistant:

• Bilingual in Chinese Mandarin
• Minimum typing speed: 50 WPM
• Computer-savvy and proficient with Microsoft Office programs
• Strong communication skills in-person and online
• Self-motivated, highly organized, and strong attention to detail

Responsibilities for the Insurance Customer Service & Support Assistant:

• Marketing: plan marketing events and strategic growth projects
• Client Account Management: assist clients and potential clients on the phone and other platforms
• Quoting: You'll learn to be the architect and design the best insurance quotes for clients with excellent coverages and amazing prices
• Learn to collaborate with management and underwriting on Home, Auto, Business insurance
• Partnership Management: Maintain and develop agency relations with partners, vendors, underwriting and clients
• Working directly with the agency owner to enhance your marketing, client management and relationship skills for agency and individual growthWorking directly with the agency owner to enhance your marketing, client management and relationship skills for agency and individual growth
