Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Call Center Representative. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to patients and healthcare providers. This is a full-time position.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls from patients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders
- Provide information and assistance regarding medical office procedures, appointments, and services
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in the system
- Schedule appointments and follow-up visits for patients
- Assist with data entry tasks to ensure accurate documentation of patient information
- Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish to assist bilingual callers
- Analyze and resolve customer inquiries or issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless operations of the call center
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center or medical office setting
- Familiarity with medical terminology is highly desirable
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
