Role: Product Manager - Finance & Sales

Location: Fremont Area, CA

The Product Manager manages and oversees the development and performance of e-commerce, payment and point-of-sales products or services. Their role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, finance, and sales, to define product strategies, prioritize features, and drive the successful execution of the product roadmap.

Responsibilities:

• As a member of this team, you will enable digital experience for retail commerce and finance operations by automation and self-service experience online and in-store.
• Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap for the company's payment, POS and e-commerce offerings.
• Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to identify new product opportunities and enhancements.
• Understand user needs and define product features to deliver product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Use agile principles to write user stories and plan and drive the software development of features.
• Use various tools and techniques to extract insights from current industry or sector trends.
• Work with engineering teams to deliver a scalable architecture that meets current needs and considers future growth scenarios.
• Work with engineering, UX, and business stakeholders to improve the efficiency of our internal operations and users while improving customer experience.
• You will also work on new technologies, platforms, consumer-facing products, and enterprise systems.
• Manage and communicate dependencies with other teams.
• Prioritize between new features, architectural improvements, and operational excellence.
• Define and enhance KPIs with analytics and stakeholder teams that educate business decision-making.
• Troubleshoot to resolve product issues and operational pain points.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technology or business-related field
• 8 years of Product Management experience
• 4 years of experience in IT product management in the payment, point of sales, and e-commerce field
