Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for guest relations and hospitality management, ensuring exceptional customer service at all times.

Responsibilities:

- Greet guests and provide them with a friendly welcome
- Check guests in and out of the hotel efficiently
- Answer phone calls and provide accurate information to guests
- Handle guest requests and resolve any issues promptly
- Assist with night audit procedures as needed
- Utilize phone systems and maintain proper phone etiquette
- Multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a front desk or hotel setting is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Knowledge of hotel management systems is a plus
- Ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages is advantageous
- Familiarity with night audit processes is beneficial
