Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Staffing Specialist to join our team. As a Staffing Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and placing qualified candidates for various positions within our organization. Your expertise in HR sourcing, talent management, and training development will be crucial in ensuring the success of our staffing efforts.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct full-cycle recruitment activities, including job posting, resume screening, interviewing, and candidate selection
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Utilize various sourcing methods such as cold calling, leveraging social media platforms, and utilizing job boards to attract top talent
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system (iCIMS, Kronos, Taleo)
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills of new hires and existing employees
- Conduct research on industry trends and best practices to stay informed about current recruitment strategies
- Assist with talent management initiatives such as performance evaluations and career development plans

Skills:
- Proven experience in contract staffing or HR sourcing
- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and platforms such as iCIMS, Kronos, Taleo
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with candidates and hiring managers
- Proficient in cold calling techniques to engage potential candidates
- Ability to develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills
- Strong research skills to stay updated on industry trends and best practices
