About the role:

• As a Change Management Consultant, you will be responsible for consulting customers through all stages of the customer lifecycle. Some customers will be in the implementation phase of their Market Logic Insights Platform, some will have used theirs for several years 
• You will work closely with our customers to help drive engagement with their insights platform. To achieve this, you will also be in regular and close collaboration with our Customer Success Managers, other Platform Engagement Consultants, Enablement Specialists, and Content Marketing Managers
• We are looking for an experienced consultant who wants to work with our customers to design & implement Change Management strategies. This consultant will help them to maximize user adoption, increase usage, and drive end-user engagement in their platforms 
• The Change Management Consultant will work to drive faster adoption & utilization of the customer’s Insight Platform, manage risks, and increase the proficiency of how all types of end-users adapt to working with insights. These improvements will help create value, benefit realization, and enable customers to achieve impactful results & outcomes faster - with a higher ROI
• The Change Management Consultant acts as an external expert to our customers and will engage with various stakeholders in their organization. This consultant will act as a coach for senior leaders & executives, helping them to fulfill the role of a change sponsor
• This role can be remote and/or part-time. If you prefer working from an office, you can find us in Chicago (US)

The role and your impact at the team: 

Apply a structured methodology and lead change management projects with and for our customers

• Apply change management processes and tools to create a strategy to support the adoption of the customer’s Insight Platform e.g., by utilizing the Market Logic Change Management framework and other best practices 
• Support and engage senior stakeholders 
• Create actionable & measurable deliverables such as communications plan to reach all key audiences, sponsor roadmap to ensure buy-in and impact, onboarding & training plan, resistance management plan 

Support communication efforts 

• Support the design, development, delivery, and management of communications around the projects in collaboration with the customer and the Content Marketing colleagues 

Assess the change impact 

• Assess change readiness, identify key stakeholders, & conduct impact analysis 
• Anticipate, identify, and manage any risks to adoption 

Support training efforts 

• Provide input, document requirements, and support for the design & delivery of customer training programs - in collaboration with our Enablement specialists 

Project management 

• Ensure customer projects meet goals & objectives, in time and on budget 

By producing tangible and meaningful outcomes that further their success as an individual, they will establish themselves as a valued partner for the Services & Leadership teams. The Change Management consultant will also contribute to the team's development & growth and take on a leadership role within the Global Services team. 

You will fit great with the following skills and qualifications: 

• 5 years of work experience, ideally in a role as customer success manager, business or change consultant in a SaaS environment 
• Experience with Enterprise customers is a plus 
• A solid understanding of how change works on an individual level and the change process as a whole. 
• Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools 
• Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of a project lifecycle 
• Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges 
• Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts 
• Change management certification is a plus 
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal 
• Excellent active listening skills 
• Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships 
• Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal 
• Organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics 
• Problem-solving and root cause identification skills 
• Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others
